Job Title-Bookkeeper

Job Duties:

1-Manage all account receivables and payables, creation of all purchase orders and invoices.
2-Distributing monthly owner statements Reconcile accounts.
3-Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll.
4-Post journal entries.
5-Maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
6-Prepare trial balance of books.
7-Calculate fixed assets and depreciation.
8-Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports.

9-Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
10- Filing and additional office support to property managers.

Job Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required.
1 or less than 7 months experience is required.
