• Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook dishes and side dishes from the menu
- Prepare special dishes for customers with food allergies or in tolerances
- Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes or personal judgment,
using various kitchen utensils and equipment
- Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements
- Season and cook food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience
- Check the quality of raw and cooked products
- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
- Estimate expected food consumption and order ingredients/supplies
- Clean and inspect kitchen and work areas

• Education: Academic: Secondary school graduation certificate required

• Experience: 1 year of related cooking experience is required
