• Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food from the menu
• Prepare special dishes for customers with food allergies or in tolerances
• Season and cook food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience
• Check the quality of raw and cooked products
• Assist plan seasonal menus, and determine the size of food portions
• Store ingredients and raw materials on proper temperature
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Maintain inventory and estimate expected food consumption and order ingredients/supplies
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas at all times
• Clean and inspect kitchen and work areas

- Education: Academic, Training and Experience Qualifications:
Secondary school graduation certificate required

- Experience: 1 years of related work experience is required
