Job Duties:

-Manage all human resource operations including the selection process of managers and other administrative staff
-Develop and research the growth strategies
-Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
-Prepare project reports for management and clients
-Assign duties to the project staff and establish work schedules
-Prepare and submit budget estimates and implement company policies
-Work with all departments and subcontractors to accomplish the construction projects within the time frame
-Negotiate terms and conditions on agreements and contracts, and obtain building permits and licenses.
-Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
-Allocate construction materials and manage the finances
-Responsible for managing all departments and associates
