Position: General Construction Supervisor (Permanent/Full Time)

Company Description AWCSIT Construction Ltd. specializes in custom build houses, boarding taping, drywalls, Steel Stud & T bar, Old & New Construction. We are looking for a passionate and hardworking person for Construction Supervisor position.
As a Construction Supervisor your job description would be as follows:
• Supervise and Co-ordinate the activities of construction workers
• Make estimates of quantities of materials & labour required
• Assist in hiring and training new construction workers
• Prepare work schedules
• Resolve any work problems or complaints
• Prepare reports, evaluations, estimates, etc
• Ensure all workers know and follow necessary health and safety procedures
Education: Completion of High School
Essential Skills:
• Get well along with others
• Ability to work within a timeline and meet deadlines
• Good oral and written communication skills
Language Requirements: Must be able to communicate in English
Salary: $38.25 hourly for 30- 40 hours/week
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in trade
Job Location: All over lower mainland area depending upon contracts.
