Job Duties:
• Ensure to manage the work flow in the office by doing filing, generating reports and making presentations
• Coordinate with other departments by sharing required information with them
• Forward electronic mails, regular mails to other departments
• Scheduling the appointments for clients and sending them to the department of their concern
• Maintain inventory by checking stock and other office supplies and ordering it at appropriate time
• Answer the phone calls and check the voicemail
• Assist visitors with their concerns
• Make reports, compiling data, statistics and documenting other important office information
• Sending emails and other letters to the clients as per their bookings
• Keep and maintain attendance record of other staff members
• Handle the electronic enquiries, client complaints and bring them to the management
• Prepare invoices and the bank deposits

• Completion of High School
• Minimum 6 months of experience in the same field is required
