Konjiki Ramen is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our North York location. The successful candidate will lead the restaurant team, manage operating costs and maintain consistent standards of food quality and customer service.

Job Duties

Manage and evaluate daily restaurant operations, coordinate kitchen and dining room activities, and implement procedures to maintain efficient service and consistent quality.

Recruit, train and supervise restaurant employees; prepare work schedules, assign responsibilities and assess staff performance.

Manage operating budgets, review sales and expenses, control food and labour costs, and adjust pricing or operating procedures as needed.

Oversee inventory and purchasing, negotiate with suppliers, and arrange the timely delivery of food, beverages and restaurant supplies.

Monitor customer satisfaction, respond to customer concerns and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation and workplace health and safety requirements, and implement corrective measures when necessary.

Qualifications

Education: College diploma or equivalent experience.

Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in a restaurant or food service environment.

Effective leadership, communication and organizational skills.

Ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems in a busy restaurant environment.
