Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervisor, hire, and train sales staff and cashiers
- Organize reports on monthly inventory
- Prepare inventory and place orders
- Process payment by various methods and authorize the return of items
- Handle and resolve work-related issues
- Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers
- Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness
Education: Secondary High School
Experience: 1 year of relevant work experience
Flexible work shift: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, shift, Flexible hours
