• Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
• Take orders and relay to kitchen
• Recommend beverages that complement customers' meals
• Serve food and beverages
• Prepare and serve specialty foods at customers' tables
• Present bill to customers and accept payment
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Assist clients/guests with special needs
• Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
• Advise on menu selections
• Describe menu items including daily specials for customers

- Education: Academic: Secondary school graduation certificate required

- Experience: Experience is an asset
