About the Role
STEFANO'S INC. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Truck Scheduler to join our trucking operations team in Saint John, NB. The successful candidate will design and manage efficient truck schedules while ensuring timely and safe delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare user guides and public service information
• Design new or modify existing schedules using computer software or other methods
• Compile equipment and personnel records, including hours in service, distances, maintenance, and repairs
• Assign personnel to equipment, routes, and shifts
• Produce operating reports based on compiled data
• Plan efficient route schedules considering peak periods, holidays, special events, and construction
• Review personnel availability and other factors to establish schedule parameters

Requirements
Education:
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
or equivalent experience
Experience:
• 7 months to less than 1 year in scheduling or related operations
Work Environment:
• Fast-paced, with tight deadlines
