Job duties:
1. Operation and Technical Support for PET Sheet Extrusion Production Line:
- Operate the PET sheet extrusion production line, including equipment start-up, monitoring operating parameters, and ensuring normal production.
- Responsible for daily maintenance, regular servicing, and troubleshooting sudden equipment failures.
- Perform troubleshooting to resolve technical issues during production, ensuring efficient equipment operation and minimizing downtime.
2. Production Supervision and Team Management:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily work of the extrusion production team to ensure production progress aligns with the set plan.
- Allocate tasks reasonably according to production needs, develop and adjust work schedules to meet customer order requirements.
- Train new and existing employees on operational techniques, safety standards, and company regulations.
- Provide recommendations for recruitment, promotions, performance evaluations, and other personnel management decisions.
3. Production Quality and Efficiency Improvement:
- Develop and implement improvement measures to optimize production processes, enhance efficiency, and improve product quality.
- Inspect operational procedures on the production line, and promptly identify and resolve issues to reduce waste and defective products.
- Ensure products meet company quality standards and customer requirements, assisting the quality department in inspections and feedback.
4. Material Management and Department Coordination:
- Handle procurement applications and inventory management for raw materials and consumables needed for production, ensuring adequate supply.
- Coordinate with warehousing, procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth production workflows.
5. Data Recording and Reporting:
- Prepare daily production reports, equipment operation logs, and other relevant documents to accurately reflect production progress and output.
- Archive records of equipment repairs, troubleshooting, and production improvements as a basis for subsequent analysis.
6. Safety Production and Equipment Commissioning:
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations during production, proactively identify potential safety hazards, and implement preventive measures.
- Assist or lead the installation, commissioning, and parameter setting of new equipment as necessary.
Terms of employment: Full-time, permanent
Language of work: English
Wage: 40 CAD per hour for 40 hours per week

Skills requirements:
1. Minimum of 5 years experience as a plastic manufacturing machinery operator, preferably as a PET sheet extruder operator.
2. Candidates with more than 10 years of experience in plastic manufacturing are preferred.
3. A secondary graduation certificate is required.
