Responsibilities:
-Inspect recycled metal raw materials to identify impurities and defects, ensuring they meet processing and quality standards. Grade and label incoming materials based on size, composition, and classification standards.
-Monitor metal processing lines to ensure equipment functions properly and process parameters remain within acceptable limits. Observe and assess production flow to maintain efficiency and identify any abnormalities.
-Take samples of products during and after processing for routine or laboratory analysis. Conduct tests to evaluate strength, density, durability, and compliance with technical specifications.
-Inspect finished metal products to verify quality against defined standards, and address any non-conforming or defective items promptly. Recommend corrective actions to maintain quality consistency.
-Advise supervisor or manager, or machine operators of any product deficiencies, deviations, or process issues. Support troubleshooting and resolution efforts.
-Complete inspection and testing records, generate detailed reports, and provide documentation to support process and quality improvement initiatives.
-Monitor adherence to safety and environmental standards during all stages of metal processing. Assist in identifying and addressing potential safety hazards and compliance issues.
Qualification Requirements
• Education: secondary school completion or above
• Experience: Have at least 1 years of quality inspection experience in the metal processing industry. Experience in metal recycling processing is preferred.
• Skills: Be proficient in operating metal inspection tools, understand metal properties and processing technology, and have data analysis skills.
• Competencies: Pay attention to details, have strong problem - solving and communication skills, and be able to work under pressure.
