North America Electrical Energy Equipments Co. Ltd. (NAEEE) is one of the top global suppliers of aluminum wire and cable for coils. We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Manager to join our Canadian headquarter in Bolton, Ontario and contribute to our long-term operational success.
Job Summary
As a Purchasing Manager, you will lead and manage all procurement operations, ensuring that materials and supplies are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with quality standards.
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
Location: 7 Loring Drive, Bolton, ON, L7E 1Y1
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible.
Salary Expectation: $60.00 per hour

Duties & Responsibilities
• Organize and oversee purchasing activities to support operational goals and cost-efficiency.
• Develop policies and long-term sourcing strategy plans, including procurement budgeting, supplier evaluation, and performance management.
• Negotiate contracts and strategically allocate purchase volumes of materials and equipment with domestic and international suppliers to obtain optimal price, quality, and lead time.
• Monitor purchasing processes and ensure compliance with company policies, trade regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure procurement activities align with project timelines, technical specifications, and business requirements.
• Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delays, or non-compliance, and implement preventive measures to avoid future disruptions.
• Recruit, lead and mentor purchasing staff, providing training and performance feedback to ensure a high-performing team.
Qualifications:
• Completion of post-secondary diploma or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Economics or a related field is required.
• A minimum of three years of experience in procurement leadership role is required.
• Familiarity with energy equipment and power transmission products is essential.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively cooperate with internal and external partners and varying levels of individuals.
• Ability to show versatility and resourcefulness when problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
