Requirements:
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude;
• Work well and get along with others;
• Flexible work schedule to include early mornings, evenings and weekends;
• Able to work a minimum of 35 hours to maximum of 72 hours per week;
• Means of transportation;
• Preferably have experience in food service or food manufacturing industries;
• Knowledge of weights, measures and conversions;
• Good organizational, problem solving, oral and written communication skills;
• Attention to detail as it applies to quality of work;
• Sensitivity and concern for personal time management and productivity;
• Good hand eye coordination as well as good hand dexterity;
• Overtime as required;
• Not Allergic to seafood
Job Responsibilities:
• Preparation and organization of daily documentation both generic and production specific;
• Perform, document and reporting;
• Monitoring checks for Good Manufacturing Practices;
• Monitoring checks for Standard Operating Procedures;
• Observing stages of production for specific specifications and conformities;
• Tests on raw material and production samples;
• Daily generic task monitoring;
• Equipment calibration testing;
• Perform Pre-Operation Checks prior to production;
• Participate in QC training;
• Communicate closely with Production Supervision to maintain product quality.
Work Conditions:
• Ambient temperature of plant 10⁰C / 50⁰F.
• Stagnant standing.
• Lifting or moving between 2.26kg to 13.6kg may be required.
• Exposed to Shellfish, crab, lobster and shrimp
