Overview:

We are seeking skilled CNC VTL Machinists to set up and operate large Vertical Turning Lathes (30”–120” diameter, 2,000–20,000 lbs) for machining precision components for leading engineering companies.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC VTL machines to produce high-quality parts.
Inspect parts and materials to ensure they meet specifications.
Adjust tooling and programs as needed.
Perform in-process and final inspections.
Safely operate overhead cranes for large component handling.
Follow safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications:

3-5 years of CNC VTL experience with large parts (30”+).
Proficient with Fanuc and Siemens CNC controls.
Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
Overhead crane operation experience.
Preferred:

General machinist certification and GD&T knowledge.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
5 Years Experience
Tasks: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blue prints, charts and tables. Set up and adjust production machines/tools. Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments ( micrometers & calipers ).
Equipment and Machinery Experience required / Measuring Tools
