Position: Marketing Manager
Salary: $48.5/hour

Key Responsibilities:
-Initiate and direct market research to identify new marketing channels, define target customers, buying habits, pricing, needs and other factors associated with product sales
-Define key marketing performance indicator and use indicators to measure future marketing campaign effectiveness
-Analyze and evaluate data from current marketing campaign results to find the most effective and traffic-driving strategy
-Monitor new products from the outdoor apparel industry and stay alert on industry trends
-Develop and implement seasonal and annual marketing strategies that are directed to target customers, ensure campaign and brand identity consistency, and to make forecasts on its effectiveness with product sales and brand awareness
-Ensure all marketing measures are consistent with Westcomb’s business targets, brand value and objectives while reviewing marketing campaigns regularly to discuss ongoing efforts on meeting company targets
-Plan and establish new partnerships or affiliations with trending channels to further promote Westcomb’s value and products
-Lead marketing team to conduct marketing research and produce ROI analyses and profitability margins, use findings to provide support for product development personnel
-Recruit, train, lead and supervise marketing staffs
-Prepare and deliver reports on marketing results to senior managements

Qualifications:
-A university degree is required
-At least 3 years of experience in a marketing or business development management position is required
-Experience working in E-commerce is preferred
-Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment is a must
-Good communication and decision-making skill
