The responsibilities of this position will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Set departmental objectives assess financial performance, and design tailored key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Strategically allocate company resources to effectively support the various functions within the department
- Develope policies and procedures aimed at optimizing departmental operations to boost efficiency and effectiveness in delivering IT solutions
- Provide guidance and oversight to ensure alignment of financial management personnel and senior leaders with company goals and values
- Allocate company funds and enforce financial controls to support departmental operations and enhance productivity and performance
- Supervise all financial operations and ensure adherence to relevant policies and regulations
- Establish and maintain relationships with partners, investors, and financial institutions
- Performs other related duties as required

- Minimum a bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in middle or senior management roles, with a focus on leading teams and driving business growth.
- Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking to respond effectively to market and industry changes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Overseeing the development and implementation of new marketing programs, messaging, and positioning for products and services.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives through innovative marketing strategies and initiatives.
