Position: Building Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Halifax, NS
Terms of employment: Full-time; permanent employment
Start date: As soon as possible
Salary: CAD27-CAD37 per hour (to be negotiated), 40 hours per Week
Responsibilities:
1.) Tasks
--Supervise workers and projects
--Co-ordinate and schedule activities
--Recommend personnel actions
--Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
2.) Supervision
--Cement finishers
--Tilesetters
--Painters and decorators
--Floor covering installers
--Staff in various areas of responsibility
--Plasterers
--Drywall installers and finishers
--Roofers
--Cladders/siding installers
--Insulators

Job Requirements:
-College diploma required
-Experience: 5+ years of experience related to maintenance
-Experience managing multiple property sites or projects
-Strong leadership skills, ability to identify solutions
-Excellent communication skills
-Strong organizational skills
