Terms of Employment:
This is a full-time position, 35 to 40 hours per week.
Must be available in the daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Part-time, Casual opportunities are also available.

As soon as possible

Salary:
$36.25 to $37.00 per hour

Experience:
2 years to less than 3 years

Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Work Setting:
Medical Clinics
(Various locations)

Language:
English

Primary duties:
Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs.
Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings.
Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
Perform safety and security checks.
Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
