Job Description:
• Assist in the design of plant layouts and planning and organizing production schedules
• Conduct work measurement or other studies
• Collect and compile operational or experimental data and assist in the development of estimates, schedules, specifications and reports
• Collect and analyze data and samples in support of quality assurance and industrial health and safety programs
• Assist in organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
• Develop manufacturing and processing procedures and variables, set machine or equipment controls, oversee production and inspect processes
• Ensure that health and safety regulations are met

Job Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related experience
• Strong time and resource management, and planning skills
• Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Ability to work in a hot, hectic environment, stand, walk, bend, use hands and appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods

Benefits and Salary:
• Permanent, full-time positions
• $32.00 per hour for 30-40 hours per week
• Overtime may be required and will be paid at 1.5 of your regular hourly rate after 44 hours per week
