Hourly wage: $40.00
Weekly hours: 35 to 40

Duties and Responsibilities
-Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff to maintain cleanliness and safety throughout all playground areas, party rooms, and common facilities.
-Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules to ensure consistent upkeep of high-traffic entertainment areas.
-Inspect facilities regularly to identify maintenance or sanitation issues and take prompt corrective action.
-Train new cleaning personnel in proper equipment use and workplace hygiene standards.
-Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders and managing costs efficiently.
-Ensure compliance with provincial health, safety, and environmental regulations.
-Collaborate with facility management to plan deep-cleaning, maintenance shutdowns, or special event setups.
-Handle employee scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
-Maintain accurate cleaning logs, inspection reports, and supply records.
-Communicate effectively with management to address customer concerns and uphold Sky Castle’s commitment to a clean, family-friendly environment.
Qualifications
-A diploma or above in a related discipline
-Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or facility maintenance operations.
-Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, sanitation standards, and safety regulations in public or recreational facilities.
-Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring high performance and attention to detail.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
