JOB DUTIES – KITCHEN SUPERVISOR
• Overall supervision of the kitchen operations including the staff members.
• Supervise and ensure all recipes are followed precisely to maintain consistency and quality.
• Make a bi-weekly work schedule for kitchen staff.
• Manage Inventory and order food materials and other supplies.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are being followed all the time.
• Arrange for delivery of food products to corporate locations and other business customers.
• Any other relevant tasks.
