Job duties:

Plan, set up and administer accounting systems

Analyze clients' financial records

Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures and internal control

Prepare reports and audit findings

Prepare financial statements and reports

Recommend improvements to accounting systems and management practices

Develop and maintain cost findings, reporting and internal control procedure

Prepare income tax returns from accounting records

Analyze financial documents and reports

Examine accounting records

Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using
manual and computerized bookkeeping systems

Reconcile accounts

Oversee payroll administration

Terms of employment:
Permanent, Full-time

Wage:
$41.40 per hour

Hours:
30 hours per week

Location of work:
Toronto/ GTA

Skills requirements:

Bachelor Degree or other post-secondary degree in accounting, finance and accounting or related field required.

A minimum of 1 year of professional work experience in accounting or a related field in required

CPA certification not required.

Must have acknowledge of accounting software, Quick Books, MS Office, MS Excel, MS Windows
