•At least 2 years of experience in the residential or commercial cleaning industry
•At least 1 year of experience in prior supervisory or managerial position

General Tasks
•Direct and control daily operations
•Evaluate daily operations
•Plan and organize daily operations
•Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
•Plan and control budget and inventory
•Hire, train and supervise staff
•Address customers' complaints or concerns
Specific Tasks
•Plan, coordinate, and supervise all cleaning and maintenance activities across assigned properties
•Develop, maintain seasonal schedules (spring openings, summer turnovers, fall closings, winter maintenance)
•Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleaning quality, safety, and efficiency
•Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
•Recruit, train, and manage cleaning staff (seasonal and full-time)
•Create weekly schedules and coordinate shift coverage during peak periods
•Provide hands-on support and coaching to ensure adherence to standards
•Track hours worked, approve timesheets, and manage performance reviews
•Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and clients
•Respond promptly to client inquiries, requests, and service adjustments
•Manage onboarding of new clients and create custom cleaning plans for each property
•Conduct follow-ups after service delivery to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
•Oversee efforts to market company services to potential clients
•Monitor operating budgets and labour costs to ensure profitability
•Process vendor invoices, equipment orders, and supply purchases
•Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and reporting logs
•Support pricing updates, quotations, and client billing as needed
•Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and WHMIS regulations
•Maintain safety data sheets and ensure all staff are trained in safe handling procedures
•Report and document incidents or property damage promptly
•Ensure cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment are properly stocked, maintained, and tracked
•Oversee waste management, laundry services, and special projects (deep cleans, post-construction, etc.)
•Foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture
