Peaceland Realty Group Inc. (o/a Royal LePage Peaceland Realty) is a leading residential and commercial real estate company focusing on transaction, investment sales, pre-construction, and property management. We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our growing company. Reporting to the CEO, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing strong relationships, and driving business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills who can effectively negotiate and analyze market trends to maximize account potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan, evaluate and oversee the entire account management process, driving business growth, meeting or exceeding sales targets and expanding market share.
• Build and maintain strong on-going relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Develop strategic plans to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve favorable terms for both parties.
• Analyze market trends and client needs to identify opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with client expectations.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding product offerings, updates, and any changes in service.

QUALIFICATIONS
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management and client retention with a proven track record of success.
• Solid understanding of real estate sales processes.
• Strong relationship, negotiation skills to secure beneficial agreements for both parties
• Previous client service-focused experience in the real estate industry (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
• Property management experience is considered a valuable asset.
• Proficiency in analyzing data to inform decision-making and strategy development.
• A proactive approach to business development, identifying new opportunities for growth within existing and new accounts.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field.

Nice to haves:
• Comfortable taking an active/leadership role on Webinars, Zoom calls
• Comfortable attending events such as tradeshows
• Willingness to travel and be away from home for short periods of time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Full-time hours: 30 hours per week

Salary: $58 per hour

Supplemental pay types:
