About the Vacancy:

We are currently looking for an experienced Financial and Investment Analyst to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan short- and long-term cash flows and assess financial performance
• Analyze investment and financial data
• Assist in preparing operating and investment budgets
• Perform independent investment research on assigned areas
• Suggest recommendations for improvement of investment portfolios
• Maintain up to date documentation of all investment and financial relationships
• Collect financial and investment information, reports and publications
• Provide financial forecast and recommendations to the management
• Keep abreast with financial press and new trends and opportunities as well as potential risks
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting

A Successful Candidate must possess the following:

• A University Degree in commerce, accounting, finance or economics
• At least 5 years of experience in finance or investment
• Strong command of the English language
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to excel working in an extremely fast-paced environment

Compensation and Conditions:

• Pay for this position will be $37.00 per hour
• A regular work week will consist of at least 32 hours
• Overtime may be occasionally required and will be paid at 1½ your regular pay after 44 hours per week
