Requirements:
• Experience: 1 year or more
• Education: Not required
• Language: Basic oral English. Punjabi or Hindi as an asset

Duties:
• Prepare and cook full course meals, individual dishes and foods of Indian / Pakistani cuisine.
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Ensure quality of food meet standards
• Inspect kitchen and work areas
• Supervise helpers.
