This is a permanent full-time position, 35-40 Hours a week
Must be available to work early morning, day, evening, night, and weekend
A criminal record check and drug test are required.

Wages:
$36.50 to $38.00 per hour

Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years

Specialization:
Breads and rolls. Desserts and pastries. Donuts and muffins. Cake decorating.

Education:
No degree, certificate or diploma

Language:
English

Your duties and responsibilities will include the following, but are not limited to:
Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods; batters for muffins, cookies, cakes, icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
Bake mixed dough and batters.
Train staff in the preparation, cooking and handling of food.
Prepare special orders.
Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.
Draw up production schedules.
Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
Inspect kitchen and food service areas.
Operate machinery.
Organize and maintain inventory.
