Responsibilities:
1.Greet customers, give them menus and seat them at a table, make food and drink suggestions and answer the customer’s questions
2.Take food and beverage orders and give them to the kitchen or bar staff to prepare
3.Set tables with precision and attention to detail, bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas, clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs promptly after guests depart
4.Ensure all necessary items are properly organized for quick table turnover by loading buspans and trays efficiently to maintain a smooth dining experience.
5.Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, and monitor and restock necessary items to ensure a well-prepared and stocked dining environment.
6.Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and keep the dish washing area organized and clean.
7.Maintain accurate records of the quantities of food, wine and wine glassware used for inventory management.
8.Package take-out food efficiently and accurately for customer orders and ensure take-out orders are presented in
9.Take customers' orders with a friendly and positive attitude, and ensure accuracy in order-taking and address customer inquiries or concerns.
10.Handle and store cleaning products safely and according to company policies.
11.Ensure that patrons receive their bills in a timely manner and that all orders are properly listed and priced.
Qualifications:
1. Completion of Secondary School
2. Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus.
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Team player with a positive attitude.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and to work beyond regular hours based on business needs.
7. Ability to perform tasks that require physical endurance and stamina, including lift ing and standing for extended periods.
