Food Service Supervisor

1422335 DBAThe Chopped Leaf is looking for full-time and permanent 2 Food Service Supervisor at Kelwona, BC, V1V 1Y1. (Even though this is a full-time position we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is $25.00/hr and 30 to 40 hours/week.

Job Description:

Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and serve food.

Order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.

Establish methods to meet work schedules.

Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.

Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

Education Requirements:

Completion of secondary school is required. At least one or two years experience in food preparation or service are required or completion of college program in food service administration, restaurant business or related business.
