Food Service Supervisor

1422355 BC LTD DBA The Chopped Leaf is looking for full-time and permanent 1 Food Service Supervisor at Kelowna, BC, V1V 1Y1. (Even though this is a full-time position we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is $37.00/hr and 30 to 40 hours/week.
Job Description:

Develop procedures to effectively manage work schedules
Oversee and coordinate the tasks of staff involved in preparing and portioning food
Train employees in their roles, as well as in hygiene and safety practices
Calculate the ingredients and supplies needed for meal production
Ensure food quality and service standards are consistently met
Handle customer complaints or issues promptly
Keep accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
Create and organize staff work schedules

Education Requirements:

Completion of secondary school is required.

1 year to less than 2 years
