Food Service Supervisor

1172454 BC Ltd. DBA The Chopped is looking 2 full-time and permanent Food Service Supervisors at 2362 Whatcom Road suite 115 Abbotsford, BC V3G 0C1.(Even though this is full-time position we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is 25.00 /hr for 30 to 40hours/week.

Job Description

Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and serve food
Order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

Employment Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required. At least one or two years experience in food preparation or service are required or completion of college program in food service administration, restaurant business or related business.
