Food Service Supervisor

1. Job Description:
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Prepare and submit reports
• Address customer’s complaints and concerns

2. Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (English proficiency)
• Superior organizational skills

3. Job Details:
• Employer: SKYWAY BRANDS YVR INC. o/a Wendy's
• Location: Wendy’s - C-3830- 3880 Grant McConachie Way, Richmond, BC
• Terms of employment: Full-time / Permanent (30 hours per week)
• Start date: ASAP
• Salary: $20.10 per hour
