Hiring a Caterer Cook
Qualification:
- Completion of high school is required.
- Several years (2~3 years) of commercial cooking experience or completion of college or other program in cooking is required.
- Ability to prepare various traditional & fusion Korean dishes, soup, side dishes and etc. is an asset.
Main duties:
Prepare, cook, and complete various Korean dishes; Determine size of food portions; Supervise and train kitchen staff; Oversee kitchen operation; Clean kitchen and work area; and Supervise and train helpers in culinary preparation techniques used.
Wage & Benefits:
$15 per hour, 4% vacation fee of gross salary or 10 days paid vacation, extended health insurance after 12 months of employment.
Working hours:
37.5 hours per week (full-time and permanent position)
