One (1) Assistant Manager – Food Services in Concord, ON

Ciao Ragazzi Ristorante is looking for One (1) Assistant Manager – Food Services to perform duties including the following:

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily operations of food and beverage service
• Oversee staff training
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Manage inventory and monitor revenues
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed

Terms of Employment:
• Salary: $27.47 to $36 per hour depending on experience
• 40 hours per week
• Permanent, Full-Time
• Start date: immediately

Skills Requirements:
• Language: English
• Education: high school or relevant experience
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial food preparation, kitchen preparation and cooking Italian cuisine
