Production supervisor

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: $36.00 Hourly, for 40.00 Hours per week Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: 101-366 East Kent Avenue South, Vancouver, BC V5X 4N6
Education:No education required
Experience: 2 years of experience is required
Languages: Written and Spoken English are required

Duties:
Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of production workers who operate processing machines and who fabricate, assemble, finish or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products
Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments
Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Requisition materials and supplies
Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions
Prepare production and other reports
May set up machines and equipment.
