Position Summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a highly qualified Restaurant and Food Service Manager to oversee and drive our restaurant operations. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership skills and an operational mindset, focusing on inventory control, staff management, customer satisfaction, and financial oversight. This position is central to maintaining Chick-fil-A’s exceptional service standards and ensuring that every customer enjoys a premium dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory and Supply Management: Ensure optimal inventory levels through precise ordering and stock management, conducting regular audits to minimize waste and reduce loss.
• Talent Acquisition and Development: Recruit, train, and manage team members; foster a positive work environment by scheduling staff effectively and monitoring performance for continuous improvement.
• Customer Relations and Quality Assurance: Address and resolve customer inquiries, uphold all health and safety regulations, and ensure that customer interactions reflect the high standards of Chick-fil-A.
• Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Establish and maintain productive relationships with suppliers to secure quality food and other essentials.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain the highest standards of service and product consistency, closely monitoring food quality and presentation.
• Financial Management: Prepare and analyze financial reports to optimize operational efficiency, and identify and implement cost-saving measures.
• Performance and Compliance Reporting: Generate detailed reports on sales, labor costs, and other key performance indicators, ensuring adherence to company and industry standards.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a managerial position within the food service or restaurant sector.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Financial Acumen: Proficient in analyzing financial data to drive informed decisions and enhance profitability.
• Customer Service: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with health and safety regulations and quality control standards in the food industry.
