Restaurant Manager

KF Restaurant Ltd DBA KFC Restaurant is looking for full-time and permanent 2 Restaurant Managers at Richmond, BC, V6X 0A8. (Even though this is a full-time position we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is $38.00/hr and 30-40 hours/week.

Job Description:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Supervise, train, and schedule team members, including kitchen and front-of-house staff
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock levels to minimize waste
• Handle cash flow, sales reports, and ensure accurate financial record-keeping
• Implement company policies, promotions, and procedures consistently
• Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Achieve sales targets and control operational costs to maximize profitability
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Motivate and support staff to create a positive and productive work environment

Education
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience
• 2 years to less than 3 years
