Job Description:
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager for our East Indian cuisine restaurant.

Main Duties include:

Analyze budget to boost profits
Evaluate operations
Monitor revenues and staff performance
Plan and organize operations
Recruit staff
Set work schedules
Train and supervise staff
Balance cash reports and forms
Conduct performance reviews
Cost products and services
Enforce provincial liquor regulations
Organize and maintain inventory
Ensure regulations are followed
Negotiate with suppliers
Negotiate with clients
Revise and implement marketing plans
Address customer concerns
Provide customer service
Manage events
Requirements:
- At least seven months' experience
Minimum Education: High School (secondary school) completion
