Position: Restaurant Manager
Working condition: Full time, Permanent
Work location: 1739 Marine Dr West Vancouver, BC V7V 1J5
Wage Rate: $28.85 per hour and 30~40 Hours per week
Duties:
-Manage, plan and control the operations of restaurant daily activities
-Oversee cash and budget control consistently according to restaurant policy
-Determine or upgrade type of services to be offered
-Monitor, anticipate and react to customer needs and resolve customer complaints consistently to ensure maximum guest satisfaction
-Ensure health and safety regulations
- Monitor staff performance
-Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for business relation satisfaction
Qualifications:
- 3 years of work experience in food service sector, including supervisory experience
- Secondary (High School) Education
- Able to communicate in English
- Available to work in evening and weekends
