Curry Sensation Restaurant Inc dba Curry Lounge is an Indian restaurant which serves ethnic Indian Cuisine. The mission of Curry Lounge is to serve great tasting food as well as provide adequate and courteous service to our customers. We want to be the restaurant preference for people from all walks of life. Taking a leaf from the Indian culture, we aim to create a culinary experience that is as enthralling as the history of different regions. Currently we are looking to hire one Restaurant Manager for our company.

Specific Skills:
• Resolve customer complaints about food quality or service.
• Direct cleaning of kitchen and dining areas and keep appropriate records.
• Monitor actions of staff and customers to ensure that health and safety standards and liquor regulations are obeyed.
• Use computer software to monitor inventory, track staff schedules and pay, and perform other record keeping tasks.
• Meet with sales representatives to order supplies such as tableware, cooking utensils, and cleaning items.
• Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services.
• Total receipts and balance against sales, deposit receipts, and lock facility at end of day.
• Schedule work hours for servers and kitchen staff.
• Monitor food preparation and methods.
