Swing Manager

1. Job Description:
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Prepare and submit reports
• Address customer’s complaints and concerns

2. Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School
• 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in the hospitality industry
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (English proficiency)
• Superior organizational skills
• Able to work flexible days and hours

3. Job Details:

• Location: C-3830- 3880 Grant McConachie Way, Richmond, BC
• Terms of employment: Full-time / Permanent (30hours/week)
• Start date: ASAP
• Salary: $20.10 per hour
