Food Service Supervisor

Domino’s Hermitage branch is looking for two (2) Food Service Supervisors who can start immediately. Our store location is in Edmonton, Alberta.

Wage:
$18.75 per hour for 35 - 44 hours per week

Terms of Employment:
Permanent; Full-Time
Applicants with part-time availability to cover full shift are encouraged to apply.
Flexible availability, one hour prior to store opening and one hour after store closing.
The store is open 11 AM to 1 AM (Sunday to Thursday)
11 AM to 2 AM (Friday and Saturday)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Languages:
English

Education:
Secondary School Graduation Certificate

Experience:
1 - 2 years experience in a food-related industry

Job Duties:
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of customer service representatives, pizza makers and delivery drivers; Make weekly schedules; Maintain minimum stock levels for day to day operations; Order inventory from designated suppliers; Resolve customer complaints; Ensure health and safety regulations as designated by the franchise are followed; Ensure compliance with guidelines of Food Handling permit issued by Health Services; Prepare reports as per franchise; specifications; Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
