● Location: Park Drive, 1815 Commercial Drive, Vancouver, BC, V5N 4A6
● Salary: $18.50 / hour (increments available as per service and experience).
● 2 vacancies
● Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time; 35 to 40 hours / week
● Start date: As soon as possible
● Employment conditions: must be available to work in any shift including Day, Evening, late evening, Weekend, holidays

Languages: English
Education: Education is an asset
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in food service industry with some supervisory experience.
Certificates: FoodSafe Cert & Serving it Right Cert are an asset. Can be obtained upon commencing employment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist management to establish schedules and establish methods to meet work schedules,
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food,
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures,
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies,
Assist management in hiring food service staff,
Ensure food service and quality control,
Assist management in preparing budget and cost estimates,
Address customers' complaints or concerns,
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage,
Prepare and submit reports,
Prepare food order summaries,
Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres,
Supervise and check assembly of trays,
Supervise and check delivery of food
Perform duties of workers supervised.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
