Line Cook

We are looking to hire a full-time & permanent Line Cook to join Our team as soon as possible. We are looking for a motivated individual who can be a team player and work on their own. Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, Repetitive tasks, Work under pressure, Attention to detail, Overtime required

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs
• monitor and order supplies
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Maintain inventory and records of food
• Supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Organize and manage buffets and banquets
