Supermarket meat cutter

F/T, Permanent Position. Salary $ 18.00 Hourly for 40.00 Hours per week.
Meat Cutter duties including cut, and grind meats, such as beef, pork, lamb, goat, poultry, and fish; Cut meat as per customer request and make portions of different weighs; Remove scales and extra waste from meat and poultry; Prepare and place meat cuts and products in display counter; Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers; Estimate requirements and order or requisition meat supplies to maintain inventories; Store and pack for distribution to retails.

Job requirements / skill sets:
Successful candidate must have completed secondary school and a relevant experience of 1 to less than 7 months; excellent customer service, self-motivated and work well in a team environment.
