Experience:
2 year to less than 3 years

On site:
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Tasks:
- Cut carcasses, sides and quarters
- Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers
- Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
- Wrap and package prepared meats
- Remove bones from meat
- Cut poultry into parts
- Clean and prepare fish and shellfish
- Slice cooked meats
- Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products
- Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood

Work conditions and physical capabilities:
Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Attention to detail, Physically demanding, Hand-eye co-ordination
