As the General Manager of Canada, you are responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling the overall operation of Canada in order to achieve the Company’s mission, goals, objectives and Corporate Strategic Plan.

Here’s some of what you’ll do:
• Establish metrics of success for the future growth of the firm, aligned with client, team, business and community focus.
• Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
• Train, coach, develop, motivate and inspire all senior leadership to ensure high level of engagement -- which includes providing a safe, healthy inclusive work environment
• Facilitate strategic discussions with clients and prospects that identify key challenges, opportunities, and areas for exploration in the planning and developing of communications plans
• Understand marketing, business goals and strategies of clients and their key competitors
• Reinforce and actively participate in a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Accountable for the financial health of the company region-wide, working with Global leadership teams to set financial targets, evaluate investments and run the business operations both effectively and efficiently
• Communicate, engage, and interact with the Global Executive Leadership Team to advance annual goals and objectives of the firm
• Recruit and train other executive managers as required

Here’s what we’re looking for:
• College diploma or above or equivalent experience
• Senior leadership and managerial skills with P&L and operational management experience in a multinational agency/consulting environment
• Minimum 5 years of Executive Retail leadership experience
• Minimal 2 years of executive president/VP experience in retail
• Proven track record of developing, growing, and sustaining large scale client relationships;
• Ability to inspire and motivate teams, and advocate and lead teams through change

Job offer details:
• Salary: $84.13/hour
• Permanent, Full Time / 40 hours per week
