Retail butcher

We are looking for well experienced Retail butcher for Cheese Boutique located 45 RIPLEY AVE Toronto, ON M6S 3P2 Canada.

JOB DUTIES:

• Slice cooked meats.
• Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood.
• Remove bones from meat.
• Prepare special orders.
• Grind meats.
• Cut poultry into parts.
• Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat.
• Cut carcasses, sides and quarters.
• Train meat cutters;
• Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting;
• Supervise other butchers, meat cutters and fishmongers

Equipment and Machinery Experience
• Slicing machine
• Power grinder Manual cutting utensil
• Band saw

Prerequisites:

Education: No formal education required
Experience & Skills: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
Language: English

Hourly Rate: $ 19.85 to $ 22.00 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent

Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay,
