Retail Store Supervisor

We need two (2) Retail Store Supervisors who can start immediately at our Erin Ridge Shell location.

Wage:
$23.10 per hour for 30 to 44 hours per week

Terms of Employment:
Permanent; Full-Time
Applicants with part-time availability to cover full shift are encouraged to apply.
Our store is open 24 hours a day.

Employment Conditions:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Language:
English

Education:
Secondary school graduation certificate

Experience:
Minimum of 7 months in retail industry.

Job Duties:
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers; Organize and maintain inventory; Sell merchandise; Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters; Assign sales workers to duties; Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages; Order merchandise; Establish work schedules.

Retail Salespersons and salesclerks

Fast-paced environment; Handling heavy loads; Combination of sitting, standing, walking; Standing for extended periods.
