Skills Requirements:
• Education: Completion of secondary/high school graduation certificate
• Work experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a retail store manager or supervisor in a gas station/convenience store is required

Job Duties:
• Monitor and assess daily sales activities at the business to maximize performance and efficiency.
• Direct the cashiers and attendants, delegating specific tasks to ensure seamless operations at the gas station and convenience store.
• Investigate local market conditions to gauge potential sales and understand the competitive landscape.
• Work with vendors to secure favorable terms for purchasing gasoline, diesel, propane, snacks, beverages, etc.
• Develop and execute strategies to boost sales and increase the store's presence within the community.
• Plan budgets, approve expenditures, and monitor revenue to maintain the store's financial stability.
• Evaluate the level of service provided, address customer inquiries, and resolve any issues that may occur.
• Oversee hiring, training, and retention initiatives to cultivate a skilled and dedicated team.
• Manage payroll administration
• May perform other job duties as required by the business.
